Following on from the Corn Exchange meeting on the 5th July, action has now commenced against the board of Scottish Snooker Ltd to assert members’ rights.
Over the last two days. Edinburgh lawyers acting for Paul Marinello, on behalf of the EGM signatories, have written to Scottish Snooker Ltd demanding a copy of the voting membership register. All board members were sent a copy of that letter by recorded delivery.

A note of the meeting that took place on 5th July @ The Corn Exchange Edinburgh
33 members of Scottish Snooker Ltd were represented, either in person or by proxy. 11 guests were also in attendance
