Subject: Dear member,

Dear member, following communication received late this afternoon from mr jim alexander of sportscotland, he has agreed with the board that ssl's agm meeting tomorrow should be adjourned. Please refer to our website for further information if you are able. Whilst we apologise for the short notice of this adjournment, we hope this saves members an unnecessary journey to glasgow particularly in the recent weather. Further communication will follow. Pls do not reply to this text as it is for urgent information only. Alec Cameron and Frank Hamilton, Scottish snooker ltd.

We have been in constant touch with Jim Alexander since yesterday afternoon and at 6.53 this evening he still had not heard from Alec Cameron.

However we have to take this text message at face value and advise everyone not to travel to the meeting

They could not run a bath!

Having read through the statement attributed to Sports Scotland, I think it's fantastic news as there may finally be an end in sight to this whole sorry mess. There is a very important proviso of course i.e. that EVERYONE on ALL sides accept the findings of Sports Scotland's lawyers.

MacRoberts LLP are one of the biggest and most prestigious law firms in Scotland so there should be no question about the validity or accuracy of the findings they produce as experts in the field of Company Law. Everyone should accept whatever recommendations they come up with.

Here's hoping.

Gerry, their findings are not going to be any different than we know the case to be.

It's not rocket science, it's easy to read and understand. How long do we have to wait on these individuals accepting the inevitable?

If they don't understand this stuff, then they should not be directors in the first place.

This is a result for the "detractors" as it shows the ineptitude in Alec & Co

I propose we change the colour of these blazers!
